This place is good, and offers great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. They care about your comfort!

Hotel room had a view of a rooftop

The breakfast was complimentary with great cereal and hot waffles. The pool area was very clean and the location was ideal and favourable, right by New York City, the ocean and other attractions and long island and the hamptons. Went to Sonoma Grill for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The indoor pool was a refreshing escape after a long day.

The parking fee was unexpected for a hotel stay.

Everything but the people at front desk were amazing especially the night shift guy.

Bed was very comfortable.

Signage from main road was poor. Difficult to find. GPS said "off road." Faucet in bathroom dripped. Faucet had to be turned to left for cold water and to right for hot water. Most single-handle faucets have the opposite configuration.

The King Study with Sofa Bed was super spacious and comfy. Having a microwave made late-night snacks easy. Amazing access to coffee around the clock! Loved the organized drawers for our family trip.

The mattress was horrible and we slept terribly. The breakfast staff was not attentive and left the area very dirty. There was a maple syrup spill in the middle of high traffic area in front of buffet that people had to walk through due to not being cleaned up- and remained for 1 hour before getting cleaned up. A large group of rowdy adults were eating pizza and drinking beer outside the pool area in lawn chairs. They were yelling, loud, and swearing up a storm as my family walked by (with a 2 and 6 year old). Very unprofessional, and I feel very badly for the rooms facing the back of the hotel. These people were outside being loud well into early morning hours. Management should have taken care of this issue when it got loud. I will not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was above average

While the room was clean the rug was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were loose. Room was right next to the highway that had a red light not 200 ft from the room. At 5 AM the motrocycles and cars changing gears were heard loud and clear, until I finally gave up at 6:30 and got up. I had requested a quiet room because I had work to do. Guess how much work got done. I will not stay there again.

I felt right at home in my King Study Sofa Bed Non-Smoking room with its cozy vibe and spacious layout! The indoor pool was a real gem, giving me the chance to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the 24/7 coffee station kept me fueled and happy!

I had to make a couple changes to my reservations and the staff was very gracious and accommodating in meeting my needs on both occasions.

The water in the shower was warm, but not what could be considered hot. Not sure if was a demand issue? as I showered during the same time frame (6:00-6:15am) both mornings of my stay.

The room seemed OK clean, the bathroom very clean..... , the breakfast and coffee were fine, the man at the front desk was super nice and friendly.

The children were allowed by the hotel and parents to run wild, going through the halls on hooverboards and racing .... almost knocked down an old man, throwing food around, throwing wet tennis balls all around the pool and off the wall of the pool room.. slamming other kids in the head... no parents around. The bed was not very comfortable and the guests were allowed to take all the chairs outside to smoke and drink and make noise until midnight. Ughhh........ Room was too cramped with furniture askew. Seemed a VERY HIGH price for what you got. it was not the good value Hampton Inn always had been. Much better in Westbury even though the same price.

walls paper thin. Got woken up at 7:15 by inconsiderate kids talking in hallway. Our friends had the same problem on the floor above us! Several areas in the common space needed attention like the wall patch by the 3rd floor ice machine and drain on floor in Mens bathroom off lobby on main floor

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Disappointed with the comfort of the bed. Old mattress. Shower head was broken and placed lower than it suppose to. And was comfronted with a panhandler in the hallway, i was surprised by this.
